inAi is an early-stage AI-native product company. We do not expect every serious working relationship to begin with a standard title, but we do expect it to become concrete: a real problem, clear responsibility, agreed terms, and work that can be evaluated.

Focused proposals are welcome from people who understand our work and can show where they could take responsibility. When a specific role or contract is open, it will appear here with its own scope and terms.
This route is for professional working relationships. Internships, formal academic collaboration, public contributions, and product testing have their own paths below.
Work close to the foundation
inAi is building across AI-native products for business and consumers, software for agents, Open Source, AGI / Research, and public explanation through AI for Everybody. These are connected parts of one company, not a collection of unrelated projects.
The company is early enough that some important responsibilities are already clear while others are still taking shape. Work may begin with a product problem, technical responsibility, research question, design challenge, or company function that needs ownership rather than with a finished job description.
That creates room to influence what is built and how it is built. It also means less distance between an idea, a decision, its implementation, and the result it produces. The environment suits people who can work through uncertainty without leaving the work vague.
You do not need to fit a perfect title. You do need to explain what you can do, where it connects to inAi, and what evidence shows that you can deliver.
How a working relationship may take shape
The appropriate form depends on the work; we do not force every need into the same arrangement.
A defined role
When an ongoing responsibility becomes a specific role, it will be listed here with enough information to understand the work, its scope, and the practical terms.
Paid contract or project work
Some needs are better handled as a scoped engagement with a clear problem, deliverable, responsibility, duration, and compensation.
A future role or continuing responsibility
Sometimes a strong connection becomes visible before a conventional opening exists. A specific proposal can begin a conversation about a future role or continuing responsibility when it connects to real work and is supported by evidence.
Before any work begins, both sides agree the responsibility, scope, working arrangement, timing, compensation, confidentiality, and intellectual-property terms where relevant. We do not ask people to create bespoke unpaid work simply to be considered.
Where work may fit

Products, engineering, and design
Building AI-native products and the interfaces, systems, workflows, data structures, and user experiences around them. This may involve product engineering, frontend or backend work, product design, technical product thinking, data-heavy workflows, or the systems needed to turn an AI capability into a usable product.
Agents, AI systems, and research
Working on software that agents can use, tool and workflow design, evaluation, system-level AI questions, and research that can become useful product thinking. The emphasis is on making intelligence operational, understandable, and connected to real software.
Writing, education, and Open Source
Making complex work understandable through documentation, technical writing, research communication, public explanation, developer experience, educational material, and selected public projects.
Operations, partnerships, and company building
Helping a young product company become more coherent, reliable, visible, and capable of turning ideas into sustained work. This can include product operations, partnerships, business development, launch work, coordination, and the practical systems that help the company move.
What strong work looks like here
Different disciplines require different skills. Several standards apply across them.
Make ambiguity concrete
Turn an unclear but important direction into something that can be reviewed: a product decision, prototype, system, design, research note, implementation, plan, process, or finished piece of work.
Respect the real world
AI-native work still has users, data, product, legal, operational, and maturity constraints. Good work makes those constraints visible and works through them rather than treating them as details to be ignored.
Connect depth with context
Understand how your work affects the product, the people using it, and the wider company direction. Depth matters, but so does the ability to see beyond one isolated task.
Explain what you build
Strong work should be understandable to the people who review, use, maintain, or continue it. Writing, reasoning, and documentation are part of the work, not decoration added at the end.
Match ambition with precision
We value bold ideas, but claims must match what exists. Clear reasoning, honest maturity, and the ability to state limits make ambitious work more credible.
What inAi can offer
At inAi’s current stage, the clearest offer is proximity to the work itself: meaningful responsibility, a close connection to decisions, and the chance to help shape products and systems while they are still forming.
Product, engineering, research, design, writing, and operations sit close to one another. Useful ideas can move quickly from explanation to decision and implementation, and a strong contributor can take visible responsibility for a meaningful part of the work rather than only a narrow slice of execution.
Some work may be public, credited, or released in the open where appropriate. Product, partner, user, or unreleased work may need to remain private.
The trade-off is equally real. Parts of the company’s structure are still being built. That creates room to influence the work, but it also requires independence, judgment, clear communication, and comfort with responsibilities or priorities that may continue to develop.
What to send
A short, specific message is more useful than a generic application. Keep the first message to roughly one page or less and include:
The part of inAi you are approaching. Explain what you understand about it and why it is the right connection for your work.
The responsibility or problem you could take on. Describe where you believe you could create concrete value.
Evidence of relevant work. Link to a product, repository, design, paper, article, case study, operational result, or another completed project. The evidence does not need to be famous or packaged as a perfect case study; it needs to be real, relevant, and clear about what you personally did.
The relationship you are considering. Tell us whether you are approaching a future role, paid contract or project work, or another continuing professional arrangement, together with your general availability.
If location, timing, or another constraint materially affects the arrangement, mention it briefly.
A CV, GitHub profile, portfolio, publication list, LinkedIn profile, or personal website can support the message, but it should not replace the explanation.
Existing work is enough. Do not create a custom unpaid deliverable for the application.
Do not send credentials, private datasets, employer or client materials, confidential information, or anything you are not authorized to share.

What happens next
We first assess the proposal through the work and evidence behind it.
Where the connection appears plausible, the next conversation focuses on the actual problem: what needs to be built, what responsibility would matter, and whether there is a practical way to work together.
If both sides want to proceed, the relationship becomes specific before work starts. The engagement is defined and the relevant terms are agreed directly.
