From your personal dashboard, you can track applications you have approved and review opportunities that require a manual touch, such as a company’s internal portal. You stay in control of what is reviewed, approved, changed, and sent.

Internships
Entry-Level Roles
€99
A one-time fee for roles with a salary below the national minimum wage (SMIC in France, or equivalent). Designed for internship and first-job workflows.
Professional Roles
10-15% of Your First Month's Salary
For all higher-paid roles. You only pay a small percentage of your first month's salary after you have signed the employment contract. If you don't get the job, you don't pay.

What Emplo is

- A software service, not a human recruiter: it reads your CV, works with supported job sources, filters roles, and drafts personalised application materials for your review.
- An automation layer designed to run under your control: you set your targets and rules, and you can pause or stop it at any time.
What Emplo is not
- Not an employer, recruitment agency, temporary work agency, or headhunter working for companies.
- Not a tool used by employers to rank or select candidates; employers use their own systems and make all hiring decisions.
- Not a guarantee of interviews, job offers, salaries, or timelines.
- Not a mass-spam engine: it is designed for targeted, higher-quality applications, not "apply everywhere" behaviour.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the truth and completeness of your CV and all information in your applications.
- You are responsible for how you configure Emplo (roles, locations, salary ranges, platforms, automation rules).
- You must respect the terms and rules of the job boards and email services you connect, and you should periodically review what is sent on your behalf.
Automation & control
- Automation features are optional and off by default.
- Emplo only automates within the limits you set (criteria and volume caps).
- You can pause or disable automation at any time and see what was sent in your dashboard.
